Oil and Gas Symposium is an innovative idea and good corporation amongst
students in the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) UTM Student Chapter. This combination has been develop amongst students in the society is base on RPC rule. RPC is stand for responsibility, punctuality and commitment. This rule has been motivated in the society to make them more mature in handling event and thus promise a unique event with an outstanding programme and exhibition.

2. Judges from Schlumberger will screen the entry forms and choose 10 final groups.
3. The finalists will be informed by the committees.
4. RM200 subsidy will be given to the 10 final groups to execute their projects.
5. On event day, all 10 groups will present their models to the judges and there will be testing and assessments on the oil rig model.
